Same thing happened to me last week. In for a Inspection I, out on Chevy Cobalt for half a day running around. Not impressed with Chapman BMW in Scottsdale, thats for sure. Oh yeah, after they til me its ready I go in for another 45 min wait, and the service advisor wanted to know if I wanted a quick carwash after waiting around! No thanks
