If I'm too lazy to say slap on an exhaust in my garage, I bring it in after- hours and the shop foreman/ one of the techs I work with let's me put it on the lift and helps me install mods...
of course, this relationship took over 10 years to develop and pretty much started out with E36 M3 in 95.. but take it for what it's worth... you take care of them over time, they take care of you... that's how the world works...

Thats Great...thats like saying...I have a Ferrari Modena and they treat me good...OBVIOUSLY...but most of us dont own high luxury cars...its basically this BMW is shitty service unless they are taking your money...
you think they want to warranty your car...they rather find additional problems so they can charge you...ALL and ALL BMW service sucks..you guys who have had good experiences, thats good for you, but rare for others.
