They list them for all models (E38, E39, E46, and E53). For some reason, BMW uses different antenna amp part numbers for each car, but I do not know the difference. My car came with the antenna amps, so I do not know how much different the reception is without the amps. They are very easy to install. The simply screw into the C-Pillar, and they have a little wire pigtail that connects to the diversity antenna amp. Then the TV antenna cable simply connects to the TV antenna amp.
