Yes. You must use a programme such as UltraISO
to extract the NAVBOOT file to your HDD. Only then will Navtweak be able to open & edit the file. Navtweak cannot open a file directly from a CD/DVD - nor from a complete ISO image on your HDD.......When you have edited whatever you wish, you need to again use UltraISO to replace the old NAVBOOT file into the ISO image saved on your HDD - then burn.
