When I was looking for my bimmer, I found one which had the same NAV you have.

I did my research and I come up with the following results.

There are two versions of the MK2. The early one has the same plugs and wiring as the MK1. This is a problem as you need to buy a convertor for the plus. Later MK2s have the same wiring as the mk3 and mk4.

The 16:9 has different plug on the back so I found a complete wiring kit for MK4/16:9 on german ebay for 150 euros shipped. Do a search and you will find a lot of sellers selling them.

The cheapest 16:9 display I found on ebay come from a guy in Lithuania.

Also make sure you have the BM54 tuner as well.
