you also have to consider that even if the Cayenne matches the X5's reliability (or the E70's fails to be any better than the not-so-reliable Cayenne.......), at least BMW's maintenance warranty is better. May not matter in terms of defects (should be covered by both warranties), but you never know and BMW definitely has a better overall warranty.
