I'll throw Hong Kong out there.
Very cool place - Stanley Market, night market, Ocean Park (amusement park), and I think that H.K. Disney is open now. Don't worry about language, being a former British colony, there's still a lot of people that speak english.
If it's in your budget, I'd definitely recommend it!
