THe best thing to do when you call that 800 number is just ask for a customer representative. But once it's leaves SC, they can't track it anymore. However, they will tell you the exact date it left. Mine left March 15 and my dealer didn't update me until today and said the vehicle is there. I guess you can expect yours in a week if it left on the 22nd!
