I go to fill up my gas tank and it always stops below the full mark by a good 1-2mm.

Is this a problem with something in my car or the gas station pump? I have used the same gas station for years and have never had this problem. This has happened three times now on different pumps with this gas station.

So what is probably broken in my car? How much to fix?
