I called the 800# again and this time got a little more information from a rep. They told me they didn't have access to the actual status codes (told me status but didn't have associated code). My car hasn't yet been scheduled to hit the line, but somehow has an estimated completion date of "Week 19 (May 9 - 14th)." Seems odd that they have an estimated completion date without a start date, but I guess they don't assign the start date till it actually starts?
