All I know about Lubro Moly is that there are references to it on BMW sites around the net. If it meets the BMW guidelines, not much harm in using it. I suspect it is expensive. I wouldn't pay any more for it than the dealer sells Castrol for.

Stay away from the fuel additives. You are far better off using good quality fuel, and not adding any fuel additives.
