Sounds great but what happens when wet wood is fed in? or paneling with a metallic coating/veneer?

It looks like it could save fingers, but the down time from an accidental trip or a legitimate trip could be costly in a production environment!

As I always say when I am teaching someone to operate hazardous machinery, If you pay attention to what you are doing at all times, set your jobs up right and use common sense, you won't injure yourself or your co-workers!

The only time people have lost fingers on the metal cutting band saws and circular saws at my work is when they were either too busy daydreaming or flapping their lips to someone else!
