Call your CA, who can tell you immediately (or as fast as he can look up your order on the computer) what the status is.

Same here, It looks like the production date is just an estimate. I was given a production date of 3rd week April, the 800# gave a build date start of April 10 but it was done by April 5th. So now I am waiting....
