I also have a brand new E70 (4.8-about 700 miles) and I am experiencing the same issue. I'm going to see the service rep tomorrow-anybody come up with a satisfactory solution to this problem yet. My shifting problem seems to be getting worse (more intense "jerking" with downshifting on hills).
