Mike,

That looks lke the correct part. #2 Once you get in there it's the block looking thing will the wires plugged into it.

With the correct tools it's not too difficult. You'll need "Torx" type allen keys and some patience as it is a tight fit.

I didn't completely remove mine. I pulled the cover off the stearing column and loosened it up and cleaned it with some contact cleaner. I haven't had a problem since. If it does start, not starting, again I will replace it.
