Yeah I agree it wont hurt. As long as you try to be as respectful as possible, like most of us are.

I have a family friend, a loyal BMW cust, who bought a new 7 series a year or two ago and was not happy with it. I guess one of the BMW NA VP'S were in the area and personally met him to return the car.
