Blame...the...murderer.....why is that so hard to understand? If some shoots you in the chest, do you blame the guy they bought the gun from or the guy holding the weapon....
Watch, I'm going to tie this into Iraq. Al Queda in Afghanistan hit the US in 2001, so we originally went after them..then Iraq..and back in 2003 the US Congress was gung-ho for Iraq as were most citizens, but why? Iraq didn't hit us two years earlier....because for some reason getting the person that got you is no longer good enough...we have to hunt down possible sources...no matter how off.
