I just got power back, so naturally this is my first order of business
How did you all do with the storm, it had a tour of destruction across the country?
Here are some photos.
No net snow here (but 36" at the mountain!!!!)
enjoy
If you care:
Picture 1 is the golf course I live by.
Picture 2 is a common scene here in maine right now, a totally uprooted tree
Picture 3 is the other part of the golf course, with a bunch of formally open fields/pasture. OUCH. turn around and go other way

Pictures 4,5, and 6 were taken from a neighborhod bordered by Casco Bay and the river on either side. The swells in the bay are rare, let alone those covering the bridge
Pictures 6 and 7 were in a more wooded, protected section of the coast. They still don't have power.
Picture 8 is my flooded backyard thanks to my idiot neighbor clearcutting and filling in up to the stream (now further back/in my yard) with no warning or thinking about the environment/our yard/being a decent neigbor
Well, enjoy the somewhat depressing photos, and lets hear your survival stories
