Interestingly, the E65/E66 NAVI03 system, which is the same code base as the MKIV, has street names in perspective mode. Furthermore, the NAVI02 unit, which is also code-related, does not show street names in perspective mode. Therefore, I suspect that there is a switch somewhere in the code that would turn street names on. Kind of like what we did with V26-- perspective was available, but it only took a hack.
