Yea, pretty cool. I wonder if they make that headunit, because you could probably just link it up to a laptop then or build your own auto pc for cheaper. You probably can't buy thing by itself, if so not sure if they would provide the drivers if non-standard HID.

It would be nice if the Pioneer AVIC-D1 acted as an input device too.
