mayoa, ive been lifting pretty hard and started off just using no-xplode, but during the second cycle it completely wore off. I then tried purple wraath by controlled labs and didnt really like to feel and overall taste of it. After that I bought sizeon, which is an amazing product. It supplied me with a good amount a creatine and gave me really good energy while at the gym. I just finished that up and am looking to cut now and im trying to find scroch and vaporize by MAN, but its sold out everywhere.

What do you use now and what has worked the best for you?
I agree that 30lbs in 2 weeks is real good luck or beginning, change of grip, or some good supplements that make you real hyper and ready to go or something.

no-xplode is great along with the other creatine, nos, and caffeine (no-xplode, superpump 250, supercharged). The down side I saw to them was that they make me physically pumped and ready to go to increase size, but they often made me sick from the amount of caffeine for when I train for agility, speed, core, ect.

For cutting I have a buddy who is into body building and is now cutting on methyl-ripped. He is only a week into it but I have herd good things about it.

As for putting on muscle mass, Methyl-depot is very good. There are some downsides to it. Its not suggested to people who haven't been training for a bit and who aren't very experienced with supplements. Lets put it this was GAT who is the maker does not even have it on their web site...

I am going to be on ALRI Jungle Warfare and V-50. If you want I can update who ever is interested on my results from these.

From talking to my trainers and nutritionist no matter what, food diet and training techniques are the most important, and are the foundation to whatever success you are trying to achieve with your body. On a really high and basic level try and eat smaller meals more frequently, keep your protein and carb intake and where it needs to be for what you are trying to achieve. All the pain and suffering pays off.

Knowing the worst possible side affects to suppliments, and taking precausions that mitigate the risk of side affects or harm is important.

Remember always do your HW before you put anything in your body!
