I've taken a few deep, cleansing breaths since my last post, and am still working on it.

I think I'm only going to spend another hour or so trying, and if I'm still unsuccessful, I'll definitely get some advice from the Mac gurus this coming weekend. Although, I must admit that I'm getting to the stage where getting rid of the Dell laptop sounds like a viable option...maybe not by throwing it out the window though! Thanks all, and if I figure this out, I'll let y'all know.
