YES noticed the same thing in Feburary. The Canadians seem to understand the "stay right pass left" rule. On occasion, people on the rural parts of the US do obey the rule simply because they don't want to be nailed by the police. I was easily blasting 140km/h south of Montreal to the border. BUT once it became I-87, then it was a nightmare of pickups towing trailers clogging the left lane,
thinking that doing 80mph is "fast". Um, that's great, but stay right would you? I don't care if you have a 10.5 liter Hemi engine.......you don't meet my definition of "fast" >100mph.
