OK folks, I do agree that getting a new iPod is the simplest solution. Looking into that right now since my daughter wants a Nano so I will inherit 60G Photo. The question was more of a rhetorical type about m4a files. I can convert them into mp3 format (Xilisoft Audio Converter) and then burn em but I thought that someone might have tried m4a already.
