You may need to unwrap some of the wire wrap and get some good lighting for this part. On the 42 pin connector you will see the pin hole numbers embossed into the plastic. Get some good lighting and locate wires in positions 1 & 2 (right rear woofer signal) and locate the wires in position 24 and 25 (left rear woofer signal). These wires should each form a twisted pair as they go back up into the black wrap. Wire colors can vary as I found out during a recent install, but positions/pin hole numbers are always right so go by number not color.

Depending on what amp you are using you can either run it as a high-level input or step it down with a line-level converter. Let us know how it turns out. Also, I think some people here would be interested in the dimensions of your sub box. Good luck.
