Nevermind, I guess a break helps. I checked the TIS CD I have and it showed to remove the small bolts and remove the pulley. SO i went back out and just tapped on the Pulley with a rubber mallet and the damn thing just fell off!!!! What an ass I am sometimes. Anyway incase anyone searches for this the answer "No the center bolt does not come off". Also a side note remove the T-stat before trying to remove the pump. It won't sneek out with it still attached. Ok, Now it's time to put it back together, Yeah!!!

This is of tremendous help as I am about to change my water pump and other items - valley pan gasket, spark plugs.....wish me luck!
