Question REMEDIES: any advice?

Hey everyone-

With finals starting on Monday -- and my Remedies final on Wednesday -- I was wondering whether anyone had any good pointers for how to approach a problem?

Our prof gave us a pretty cool approach: first ID the wrong committed. Then attack it first as a tort; then a breach of K; finally as unjust enrichment. Analyze the appropriate legal and equitable remedies (if any) for each branch.

So this definitely works, but i'm having a hard time SEEEEEEEEEEEEING all the stuff once i get a fact pattern.

Just thought there might be some cool pointers any of you might offer.

Thanks!!
