For a trial run, prods. like Simichrome, Mother's Metal Polish, NeverDull,
et al, a lot of elbow grease and wipe it clean. It may make the overall
"look" of the your wheel, appear cleaner and slightly better.

Using a powerball will aid in the trial run...

As for some of the buttugly corrosion and the sandpaper abrasion,
I'm with the gang on getting them polished and re-clear coated by
a wheel specialist, esp. if my suggested trial run does not give
you the results you desire.

Fineazz wheels and winter weather are diametrically opposed...
