The light does indeed flash/go steady as you said, & there is BMWM01S printed on one of the labels on the unit..... so monochrome display?
From what you were saying, re-coding would solve the problem. I have downloaded your Navcoder v2.0.21 but what else will I need to get? I assume a Resler I-BUS interface will be needed? If so will I need any other cable & do you have any idea where the connector is in the car?
