As a parent I can only imagine how frightening this would be, glad you were able to finally get her out. How did the doors lock automatically?
It seems if you hired a lawyer though, the judge would only ask you why you put your keys inside the vehicle before entering it…BMW surely does not recommend this procedure w/ the comfort access option.
BTW- did BMW explain why BMW Assist could not open the doors?
