From your previous post, I would say the OS CD did not update the OS firmware on the nav drive correctly and has left the nav drive in an unstable state, (ie: not accepting cd's).

Force the I-bus and nav computer to reset and try the upgrade again.

Disconnet the battery or nav computer,
Wait 15 minutes,
Reconnect the battery or nav drive,

You may have a corrupted downloaded zip file, so download a new zip file and burn a new OS cd.

Hopefully that should clear the fault and rebbot the nav computer.
