Iran has a bunch of small ships and land-sea missiles with Russia/Chinese/Ukraine radar systems.

I don't think Iran is worrying too much.

In the opean seas the U.S Navy would crush all the world's Naval powers combined. In a small body of water with not sufficient dept, the U.S Navy is vulnerable.
