But you see, you didn't just "blow" it - you would have stopped if you could have. I'm talking about people that "intentionally" blow lights (or commit whatever...), and then get pissed when Johnny Law pulls them over, or they get the ticket in the mail.
No excuse, so quityerbitchin and pay up! If people don't like tickets, drive within the law. It seems so simple to me!
