the I-Drive took me all of my delivery with the salesman (explained everything) and one afternoon of use to pretty much get used to it and know where to find everything. In my opinion, it is a very simple and intuitive system that has a bad wrap because of the I-Drive in the 7-series that is supposedly much more complicated/conveluted...

If you can handle an I-pod, you can handle an I-drive, that simple, IMO... Learning curve might be greater for some than others (if you're not used to using computers, electronics...), but once you get the hang of it, I think you'll love it.

Like any new technology, I think it's just a matter of whether or not you're willing to adapt to the latest or prefer what you're already comfortable with and don't want to learn anything new, even if it might be a more efficient system.
