What the MR is suppose to fix:
Reduce lags when starting the Phone application and Blazer.
More stable Bluetooth connection and more compatability with other Bluetooth devices.
Fix the audio lag when using pTunes.
Make the Treo 700p more stable with hopefully fewer resets or crashes.
