not to split hairs or say it's not a big deal, but lets be honest..

She was not OVER the limit on her DUI charge, she was, AT THE LIMIT. Which I believe is about one drink per hour for an avg. size adult. She probably drank about 3/4's of a drink at her size and got the dui.
No that does not excuse it... But my point is, this girl's life is under a microscope... I'm not saying she didn't do wrong.. But is she really, "out of control" as Nupe says?

Ohhh so she made a sex tape. Who the hell hasn't. -- Mine were shot from the closet my sophomore year at OSU. They were grainy, poorly lit, and on Svhs tapes, -- but my point is, anyone who hasn't made a sex tape at some point or another is either a prude or doesn't own a camcorder.

And just to look at the bigger picture. She has now done more time than OJ Simpson.
