So the law states you have to be "out of control?" She violated her probation (I would argue flagrantly - she committed the same basic act. DUI/DWI), so she goes to jail. It just seems so simple to me. You say it doesn't excuse it, but that's not the tone of your comments. You seem to think it was just fine. Scary.

Similar to the sex tape comment, why is what happened (or didn't) to OJ important? Since he got off, should all future "famous" criminals get off?
