I had the same problem with mine whan I had 01' and replaced the xenons with amber corner for the clear corners: when the lights were shipped over to me, one of the projectors was hanging loose inside the light assembly. I had to open the back panells on the light assembly and reattache the projector back on its hook up system. but that was on old light assembly and without adaptive option. I still think is mechanical and can be fixed in your garage...
I have the same lights euro style and I wish u good luck, I know that dealer can't help u unless u deal directly with Europe.
