hmmm I do not see that on a X5. Could be wrong, but I do not see the MAF not being able to compensate for, what I believe is just a lil more air getting into the engine. I would disconnect the battery and then take if for a spin of 50 miles and let the computer relearn. The pcm should be able to add enough fuel to compensate for the small increase in airflow.
