Click the little 'mountain icon' (the one that says insert image) in thead tools area when composing a message, and paste a hyperlink to your pic... that is, if it's online somewhere. Otherwise, you can upload pics directly via the 'attachments' button in your control panel, then add them to a post with the 'manage attachments' button at the bottom of the page.
