You need to get that seller to ride this one out with BMW IMO. IMO, you really don't have much say in it as the CPO was done by the seller with BMW, if the seller didn't finish the deal they need to give you some funds as that isn't what you bought. However, if they did finish the CPO, they need to hammer BMW.
