Oh no! I had the pleasure of dealing with one or two sales people at FMW when I was shopping around for my first X3 in '04. They were phenomenal, and tried their darnedest to find me the car I wanted. I ended up going with another dealer, but the experience I had with their sales people, albeit on the 'phone, was way above par. I hope that doesn't change.
