The comfort glass IS an OEM glass. The X5 needs to be done with a special heat process and the shop needs the car for 2 days. I would never trust a glas shop with this. I found a local dealer with in-house glass guys trained to do BMWs specifically. The Comfort glass is not much more in $$$.
I went with extra $$ the dealer charges for peace of mind.....if THEY screw it up, then they must fix it.

where were u to tell me this when i was gettin my windshield replaced..
its just, i replaced my windshield and the company was not cheap that did it, but now, if i go above 85mph my thing starts to make noise...
