My '03 3.0i is doing this too. It seems like the popular things to replace/check are vac leaks, fuel filter, fuel pump, ignition coils and mass air flow sensor. I'll be troubleshooting this one on my own. The fixes seem to be easy to try, but unfortunately, the problem is intermittent.
