Yes Wagner, you are correct, individuals are violent. But you are also incorrect, SOME breeds ARE violent. And the staffy (Bull and Terriers) were breed for violence.
We do not put the same value on human attacks that we do on dog attacks because, it is thought, that we have a higher brain. We have Id and Ego. Animalistic behavior vs. Laws and rules of society. Animals do not have the same brain function that we do. That act out of instinct, not thought.
