They are serious about speeding in WA! Years ago, a friend of mine drove down to Seattle from Vancouver, Canada, in his E34 modded tip to tail in RD. He was pulled over for speeding by the State Patrol. The trooper did the ol' "why are you speeding on my freeway" thing and my friend, being a smartass, replied "Your freeway? I didn't know it was your freeway." He was taken to jail.
