Amazing but chilling vid. I suspect a chase/get away attempt,
which in itself is dumb and usually fruitless. The driver misjudged
and couldn't split the uprights. It's an example of what a high speed
impact hitting an immovable object does to a car, much more so than
the barrier tests we see from NHTSA, et al.
