It doesn't work. When I finished the activation process online, my old phone stopped working. It now says "no service". But the iPhone activation did not happen yet. So I am stuck in the middle with no phone to use. According to the forums, a lot of people have this problem, some on-going for 48 hours at this point. AT&T really messed up here and they are going to have to issue a lot of refunds. I saw one guy complaining online that he is a doctor and is on call this weekend, but nobody will be able to reach him because he has no functional cell phone.
