I don't think so Mine does not relock at 9mph if I use the central locking button on the console to let somebody out, either. The only way it will re-lock at speed is if somebody pulls twice on the handle to open the door from the inside (something which I don't like, I'd rather press the center console button twice) ... while I'm on this, I'd like to rant for a little bit ... do people who ride in your X's that don't know to pull the handle twice pull really hard on the first try like your door is broken? I hate that .......
