Feel free to correct me if I'm wrong but aren't projectors designed to throw light deep like our headlights rather than wide? I don't consider these lights to be fog lights although I use them in the fog, but rather driving lights which are designed to put out a shallow but wide beam. I benifit most from these driving lights on a poorly lit roads, curvy mountain roads, etc.

Although the projectors would look great, are they as practical?
